Gayle Fitzgerald
Gayle is a passionate and experienced Holistic Therapist who believes in the transformative power of whole-person care. She supports each client on their unique journey toward healing, health, and vitality, offering treatments that complement conventional medicine while addressing deeper aspects of wellbeing.
Gayle works with individuals who recognise that true wellness often requires more than just treating symptoms—it involves taking an active role in their own healing journey. She advocates for holistic care not only as a method of treatment but also as a powerful form of prevention. By helping her clients maintain balance through regular therapies, she supports them in reducing the risk of future health issues and enhancing their overall quality of life.
A lifelong learner, Gayle is deeply committed to personal and professional development. She continues to expand her knowledge and skill set, integrating a range of holistic therapies into her practice. Currently, she is training in Scar Therapy Massage and looks forward to offering this specialised treatment to clients recovering from surgery—both existing and new.
Gayle works with clients of all ages and abilities, tailoring her approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. She is cancer care-trained through The Christie Charity in Manchester and dedicates part of her week to supporting clients undergoing cancer treatment and those in palliative care. In addition, she provides thoughtful, one-on-one support to adults with learning difficulties, adapting her therapies to ensure they are both accessible and effective.
Her dedication to community wellbeing has not gone unnoticed—Gayle was honoured with an award at the Kent Health and Beauty Awards. While she admits to finding the attention a little embarrassing, she is also incredibly proud of the recognition her work has received.
Outside of her practice, Gayle enjoys going to the gym, attending live music events, reading, and making time for regular meditation—practicing what she preaches when it comes to self-care and balance.
Gayle offers Relaxing Swedish Massage, Reflexology and Facial Reflexology, Scar Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Hot Stones Massage at our Sheerness clinic
